Skinnerbox album out now

Skinnerbox did their first presentation of their "Show Your Teeth" album at Cul-de-Sac in their hometown Tilburg on thursday 9-11. Yes; it still feels like a strange date to party but nevertheless a good crowd showed up and enjoyed the party. Skinnerbox live is something of a revelation; no prententious bullshit but a hardrocking band that subscribes to the core of what rock 'n roll was always ment to be; a catalyst of energy.

Singer Preacher Boneway is an in your face kinda guy who doesn 't shun going into the crowd and turning them on on a very personal level... Drummer Drill Bill is very expressive to say the least and even sang a little song before the show started. Die Eiserne Frau does about half the singing live as opposed to the album, which was a nice surprise and also evened out the quest for the ime light. Seeing this band one tends to believe they have been playing together for ages, anticipating each others every move. You really should check Skinnerbox out live.
